Spicy Chicken
- 4 to 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 boneless and skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 to 2 tablespoons Yank Sing Chili Pepper Sauce (available at Asian grocery stores)
- 1 tablespoon minced green onion
