Spicy Soybeans

Ingredients:

Spicy Soybeans

  • 1 lb frozen soybeans
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hondashi (fish-flavored soup granules)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Chili flakes and salt to taste

Directions:

  1. Cook soybeans following package directions; drain.
  2. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil.
  3. Add soybeans and remaining ingredients.
  4. Cook until dark golden brown.

Makes 4 servings.
