- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- In bowl of an electric mixer, beat together cream cheese, sugar and flour until smooth.
- Add beaten egg, cream and vanilla; mix well.
- Scoop about one tablespoon of filling into each tart shell.
- Don't overfill.
- Place a star fruit slice on top filling of each tartlet; pushing down gently until it sinks in a bit.
- Bake for 5-6 minutes, then lower heat to 250°F; bake for 7-8 more minutes or until done.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
- Refrigerate until chilled.
