Steamed Spareribs with Dau See
- 1 lb spareribs, cut into 1-inch lengths
- 1 1/2 tablespoons dau see (Chinese black beans), rinsed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
