Strawberry-Banana Pudding
- 1-1/2 cups cubed low-fat firm tofu
- 1-1/2 cups sliced strawberries
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 12 Grape Nuts crusts (optional)
