Sweet and Sour Spareribs (Multicooker)

- 5 pounds pork spareribs
- 1 cup shoyu
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup ginger, peeled and sliced
- 1 (20-ounces) can pineapple chunks
- 3 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
