Thin Mint Brownies

Ingredients:

Thin Mint Brownies

  • Non-stick cooking spray
  • 1/2 (9-ounce) box Thin Mints Girl Scout Cookies, crushed
  • 1 (18-ounce) box brownie mix
  • 2 eggs (3 eggs for cake-like brownies)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Coat 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Mix all ingredients into mixing bowl.
  4. Do not use electric mixer.
  5. Batter will be stiff.
  6. Spread batter evenly in baking pan.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and allow to cool before cutting.

Serves 24.
