- Heat oil in large saute pan.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add ginger and cook for 30 seconds, then add cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper and saute for 30 seconds.
- Add shrimp, Thai pepper and green onion.
- Saute until shrimp is cooked.
- Squeeze lemon on shrimp right before it's fully cooked.
- Serve on a bed of Nalo greens or rice.
