- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Beat together butter and sugars until creamy.
- Add eggs and vanilla, beat well.
- Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
- Stir in oats until incorporated.
- Gently blend in crispy rice cereal.
- Add craisins, nuts and chocolate chips.
- Place parchment paper on cookie sheets.
- Drop dough by rounded tablespoons on parchment paper.
- Bake 9-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Move to wire rack to cool completely.
- To freeze for future use, place inside plastic freezer bag.
- Freeze up to 6 months.
