Onion Soup
- 2 medium onions, cut into thin crescents
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz) vegetable broth
- 3 cups boiling water
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt (optional)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari
