- 4 cups water
- 2 pkg (3 oz size) dry ramen noodles with soup base
- 1/2 cup sliced char siu (Chinese sweet roasted pork) or cooked chicken
- 3 cups sliced won bok (celery cabbage)
- 2 cups bean sprouts
- 1/2 cup sliced imitation crabmeat
- 1/4 cup slivered kamaboko (Japanese steamed fish cake)
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup chopped Thai basil leaves
- 1/2 cup chopped mint leaves
- 1/2 cup chopped Chinese parsley
- 1 hard boiled egg, sliced
- 1 to 2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
