Poke

Ingredients:

Poke

  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb ahi (yellowfin tuna), cubed
  • 1 cup slivered Maui onion
  • 1/2 cup slivered green onion
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Thai chili garlic sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seed

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine ahi, onions, and tomatoes.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well.
  3. Pour over ahi and mix gently.

Makes 1 serving.
