- 2 filets (3 oz size) firm white fish (snapper, sea bass)
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- Salt, white pepper and garlic powder to taste
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Salad oil
- 3 tablespoons toasted sesame seed
