- 2 round onions, sliced
- 4 large tomatoes, quartered
- 4 stalks celery, sliced
- 3 green peppers, seeded and sliced
- 1/2 pound green beans, sliced
Seasoning:
- 1 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon cooking wine
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 slice fresh ginger, crushed
Gravy:
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons low-sodium shoyu
- 1 tablespoon cooking wine
- Salt to taste
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
