Integrated Grid Planning
Broad Public Engagement
Listening to stakeholders, incorporating public input and collaborating with the customers through Integrated Grid Planning (IGP) are important elements to the success of the planning process and reaching the state's goal of 100% renewables by 2045. Hawaiian Electric will use input gathered through IGP to identify solutions to help transform the way we generate, transfer and use energy across our state in the future.
