- 1 lb ahi (yellowfin tuna) fillet, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/2 lb king or sockeye salmon, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/2 lb cherry or plum tomatoes, sliced
- 1 Maui onion, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
- Hawaiian salt to taste
- 1 cup limu (seaweed), cut in 1-inch lengths
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
