- Heat air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
- Combine flour and half of the lemon pepper, garlic powder and garlic salt.
- In a separate bowl, combine the remaining seasonings and panko.
- In a third bowl, lightly beat eggs.
- Toss shrimp in flour mixture.
- Remove individual shrimp from flour mixture, dip in egg, then in panko mixture.
- Repeat with remaining shrimp.
- Lightly spray air fryer with cooking spray.
- Add single layer of shrimp to air fryer basket.
- Cook for 4 minutes at 400°F.
- Flip shrimp over, lightly spritz air fryer basket; cook an additional 2 minutes or just until cooked through and crispy.
- Repeat with remaining shrimp.
