Apple Cake
- 4 large apples
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup salad oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped nuts
