Applesauce

Ingredients:

Applesauce

  • 3 pounds Granny Smith apples, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Directions:

  1. In multicooker pot, add apples, water, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt and mix together.
  2. Close lid set to high pressure and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Allow pressure to release naturally, remove lid and stir.

Serves 4.

Tip: When closing the lid to your multicooker, make sure that it is in the locked position before starting the pressure cooking.
