Avocado and Ginger Aioli

Ingredients:

Avocado and Ginger Aioli

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 avocado, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 tablespoon ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender till smooth.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.

Makes about 1 cup.
