- 2 oz Prosciutto ham, diced
- 2 tablespoons chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 4 teaspoons chopped fresh basil
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon chopped shallots
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter cut in pieces
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- Salt and white pepper to taste
