Baked Lup Chong Salmon

Ingredients:

Baked Lup Chong Salmon

  • 3 lb salmon filet
  • 6 lup chong (Chinese sweet pork sausage), cooked and thinly sliced
  • 2 onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 to 3 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

  1. Place filet in a large baking pan.
  2. Layer lup chong and onions over filet; cover with mayonnaise and sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Cover with foil and bake in electric oven at 375°F for 45 minutes.
  4. Remove foil, increase oven temperature to 400°F, and continue cooking for 15 minutes or until top is brown.

Makes 8 to 10 servings.
