- 1 teaspoon garlic powder or 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill weed or 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1/2 cup finely grated fresh Parmesan cheese
- Lemon wedges for garnish
