- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Coat baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Remove stems from mushrooms; sprinkle caps with 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- Mince mushroom stems; add pork, water chestnuts, green onion, egg, shoyu, pepper, and remaining salt.
- Mix well and stuff mushroom caps with mixture.
- Dip stuffed portion of mushrooms into melted butter, then into sesame seed.
- Place in prepared baking dish and bake for 35 minutes.
- Serve hot.
Makes about 20 mushrooms.
