Bean and Tomato Soup

Ingredients:

Bean and Tomato Soup

  • 1 can (16 oz) stewed tomatoes, including liquid
  • 1/2 cup ground cooked ham
  • 1 can (24 oz) Great Northern beans, drained

Directions:

  1. In a microwave-safe dish, combine tomatoes, including liquid, ham, and beans; mix well.
  2. Microwave on high 8 to 10 minutes or until heated through, stirring once.
  3. Serve with corn bread or muffins.

Makes 4 servings.
