- 2 medium bittermelon
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 block (20 ounces) firm tofu, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 slices bacon, chopped and cooked
- 1 egg

TIP: For the Bittermelon and Tofu recipe, if you're not a big fan of bittermelon, substitute string beans or long beans—both produce yummy results.
