- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
