Black Bean Turkey Chili
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon regular chili powder
- 1/2 tablespoon Chipotle chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 2 teaspoons cocoa (such as Nestles or Hershey's)
- 1 teaspoon chili sauce (such as Sriracha sauce)
- 2 cans (14 1/2) ounces OR 1 can (28 ounces) whole tomatoes, undrained and chopped
- 1/2 cup beer (optional)
- 1 can (15 1/2 ounces) black beans
