- 4 cups young coconut, shredded
- 3/4 cup sugar palm fruit (kaong), drained (can be found at Asian markets)
- 12 ounces coconut gel, drained (can be found at Asian markets)
- 2 (15-ounce) cans fruit cocktail, drained
- 1 (8-ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
