Bulanglang (Mixed Vegetable Dish)
- 1 tablespoon salad oil
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 lb roast pork, sliced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons alamang (fermented shrimp)
- 1 1/2 lb pumpkin, pared and cubed
- 2 medium-size long eggplant, sliced
- 1 cup sliced wing beans
- 1 cup (2-inch lengths) long beans
- 1 medium bitter melon, sliced
- 1/2 bunch kangkong (swamp cabbage), cut into 2-inch lengths
- 1 cup water
- Salt to taste
