- 2 cups shredded roasted or poached chicken
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 Hawaiian chili peppers; deseeded and thinly sliced
- 2 fresh shallots, sliced
- 3 teaspoons calamansi lime juice
- 3 teaspoons fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons fried shallots
- Salt and pepper, to taste
