- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- In a medium sauté pan, heat oil and pan sear fish for about 2 minutes on each side.
- In a large bowl, mix butter, panko, cacao nibs, and macadamia nuts, flour, salt and pepper; spread on top of fish.
- Bake until brown or about 6-7 minutes until cooked.
