- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons salad oil
- 2 teaspoons slivered ginger root
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 cans (14 1/2 oz size) chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon patis (clear fish sauce)
- 1 green papaya, pared and cubed
- 2 cups green sweet pepper leaves
