Chili Pepper Water

Ingredients:

Chili Pepper Water

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon Hawaiian or coarse sea salt
  • 4 to 8 small red chili peppers, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Directions:

  1. In a small saucepot, boil water with Hawaiian salt until the salt is dissolved.
  2. Remove from heat, add chili peppers and garlic.
  3. Steep until mixture cools.
  4. Pour into a glass container.
  5. Store in the refrigerator.

Makes 2 cups.
