Chinese Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

Chinese Salad Dressing

  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan, combine vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper; bring to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat and add sesame and vegetable oils; cool and pour over salad just before serving.

Makes about 8 Servings.
