Chocolate-Mole Spice

Ingredients:

Chocolate-Mole Spice

  • 1 tablespoon dried ancho chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
  • 2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoon ground cocoa nibs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon dark brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Store in an air-tight jar.

Makes about 1/3 cup.
