Cool Grape Salad

Ingredients:

Cool Grape Salad

Salad:

  • 2 pounds red seedless grapes
  • 2 pounds green seedless grapes
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Topping:

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup crushed pecans

Directions:

  1. Wash and remove stems from grapes.
  2. Pat dry with paper towel. Set aside.
  3. Mix sour cream, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until blended.
  4. Add grapes, toss to coat.
  5. Transfer to a large serving bowl.
  6. Refrigerate at least 8 hours.
  7. Sprinkle with brown sugar and pecans just before serving.

Makes 16 servings.
