- In a large bowl, shred crabmeat, mash tofu, add remaining ingredients, except the panko and oil; mix together.
- Form into patties and coat with panko.
- Fry until lightly browned.
Serves 6.
Tip: A cheese cloth is helpful to squeeze as much water out of the tofu before mixing or else the patties will be too moist and difficult to hold together.
