Crepes De Sir Thomas

Ingredients:

Crepes De Sir Thomas

  • 2/3 cup self rising flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions:

  1. Sift flour into a medium bowl, make a "well" in the center of the sifted flour.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and water.
  3. Gradually add mixture to flour; stir until the batter is well mixed and free of lumps.
  4. Heat a 8-inch or 10-inch non-stick pan over medium heat, lightly grease pan.
  5. Pour 2 to 3 tablespoons of batter into pan and swirl batter evenly over base of pan.
  6. Cook over medium heat for 1 minute or until golden brown on underside.
  7. Turn crepe over and cook until golden.
  8. Transfer to plate.
  9. Repeat with remaining batter to make a total of about 8 crepes.
  10. Serve with whipped cream or tempered chocolate.
