- 4 large dried shiitake mushrooms, soaked in warm water, stems removed and finely chopped
- 1 pound ground pork
- 3/4 cup bamboo shoots, chopped
- 1/4 cup canned water chestnuts, chopped
- 3 tablespoons green onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons Chinese parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons oyster sauce
- 3/4 cup frozen miniature shrimp, defrosted
- 1 package fresh wonton wrappers
- Vegetable oil for frying
