Curried Salmon

Ingredients:

Curried Salmon

  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 2 teaspoons garam marsala
  • 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan sea salt, or substitute with sea salt of choice
  • 1/2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 1/2 pounds wild salmon with skin, cut into 3 portions

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients except salmon.
  2. Rub mixture over salmon, then wrap in foil and let rest for 15 minutes.
  3. Skin side facing down, grill on medium-high heat until salmon is just underdone about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Remove from grill and serve.

Makes 3 servings.
