- Position rack in upper third of oven and preheat electric oven to 400°F.
- Place salmon filet on foil lined baking sheet (skin side down).
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on salmon and set aside.
- Combine yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, honey, and mustard in a small bowl.
- Spread yogurt mixture all over salmon and sprinkle with the dill.
- Bake the salmon for 10-15 minutes until cooked through.
- Put the oven setting onto broil and cook salmon until golden brown (2-3 minutes), make sure to watch the salmon carefully to make sure it does not burn.
- Serve with your favorite starch or side dish.
