- In a large bowl, combine and mix kale, spinach, romaine lettuce, carrots, and arugula.
- Evenly pour extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice over ingredients.
- Add in salt and pepper, cucumbers, raisins and won tons.
- Toss all ingredients until the olive oil is evenly distributed. Enjoy with a protein, such as chicken breast or tofu.
