- In skillet, brown ground beef or turkey; drain fat.
- Add beef, onion, green pepper and garlic; sauté until vegetables are tender.
- Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Cover and cook over low heat until rice is done, about 30 to 45 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent rice from sticking onto bottom of skillet.
