- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 to 2 slices fresh ginger, crushed
- Ground black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1 block (20 ounces) firm tofu, drained and cubed
