Ellen's Chocolate Mochi
- 2 cups mochiko
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1 can (13 ounces) evaporated milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 eggs, beaten
