Ewa Sweet Onion Crab Dip Recipe

Ingredients:

Ewa Sweet Onion Crab Dip Recipe

  • 1 medium Ewa sweet onions, thinly sliced
  • 7 ounces real crab meat (available in the fresh seafood section)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to broil.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until well mixed.
  3. Spoon mixture into a shallow baking dish.
  4. Place in oven under broiler until top of the mixture starts to brown.
  5. Serve hot with vegetables, bread or crackers.

Makes 3 cups.
