- In a medium skillet, sauté ribs, garlic, onions, and salt to taste until brown.
- In a large pot, add water, sinigang tamarind soup packet to taste.
- Add tomato and pork, cook on medium heat for about 40 minutes.
- Add potatoes and cook for 10 minutes and then add daikon radish and bok choy and cook about 10 more minutes.
