Fish Soup (Sopa De Peixe)
- 1 1/2 to 2 lb fish pieces or 1 fish head*
- 4 cups water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 stalks parsley, chopped
- 4 slices fried or toasted bread
