- Bake 15 minutes; cool.
- In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Spread over crust; chill until firm.
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; cool.
- Arrange fruits over cream cheese.
- Pour gelatin over fruit; chill until firm.
